Norma Sue "Maw Maw" Bentley, age 78, went to be with her Savior peacefully in her home surrounded by her family and friends on Wednesday, May 10, 2017. She was born May 3, 1939 in Knoxville, Tennessee to Reverand Sammy and Sally Wolfenarger, whom both precede her in death

She is survived by her daughters, Darlene (Shawn) Smith, Norma-Sissie (Joe) Leonard, Kathy (John) Jakeway, JoAnn (Allen) Jean; son, Sammy Goforth; step-children, Paulette Silva, Karen Majoros, Barb Kreal, and Troy Green; grandchildren, Ronnie (Ashley) Leonard, Jessica (Spencer) Eicher, Samantha (Travis) Binion, Joey Goforth, Steven Mason, Wesley, Jerry and John Lawrence, Donna, Jeff, and Allen Jean, Pam Sharrow, Carrie (Bob) Sharp, JoAnn (Gina) Jakeway, Raymond Sheets, Aaron Jakeway, Lydia and Trystain Swartz, Madison Raistick, Jessica, Cooper, and Robin Stankiewicz, Kenny, Tommy, and Sharon Rice, Beth and Joey McCrone, Tammy and Bryan Green, Susan, Kendra, and Donny Mayne and Danny Mayne; 32 great-grandchildren, Emma and Ryan Leonard, Kamryn, Aubree, Preslee Eicher, Mariah, Kaylee, and TJ Binion; 11 great-great-grandchildren; sister, Mary Staley; best friends, Kathie Smith and Brenda Pelphrey.

Norma was preceded in death by her son, Dale Green; husbands, Troy Green and Bill Bentley; brothers, GA, Jesse, Sam and John Wolfenbarger; sister, Naomi Morgan; grandchildren, Mary Goforth and Carol Ann McCrone; great-grandson, Alex Lawrence; and great-great-grandson, Keadyn Dilyard.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 13, 2017 at 12:00 p.m. (Noon) at Weigel Funeral Home, 204 Chestnut St. Swanton (419-826-2631), where visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (Noon) with  Pastor  J.D. Massengill and Joseph Baird officiating.  Interment will follow at Beaver Creek Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio

To all of my family, Cyndee and our hearts are breaking too, we love you, As you are missing Norma think of the reunion She Willie and Dale Are having and dancing on the streets of gold.

Kathy and family, I'm so sorry to hear about your mom. I know how hard it can/is considering I lost my whole family. She went into the last phase of life and God Bless her for now she is in a better place. U and your family will be in my prayers. Love Dave & Janice
