Audrey (Oberacker) Martin-Halliwill, age 67, of Lyons, Ohio, passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by her family, Thursday afternoon, July 20, 2017.  She was born August 5, 1949 in Erie, Pennsylvania to Murray and Jean Oberacker.  She graduated in 1967 from Tech High School in Erie, Pennsylvania. 

Audrey worked in the medical field for over 40 years and retired as an office manager from the Blissfield Medical Center. 

Audrey is survived by her loving husband of 16 years, Harold Halliwill; children, Brenda Kress, Brad (Nan) Martin and Brian (Lisa) Martin of Erie, PA and Justin (Lisa) Rutter of Union City, PA; her siblings, Alma (Kurt) Snyder of Northridgeville, OH, JoAnne (Mark) Swanseger, Joyce (John) Marucci, Richard (Stacie) Oberacker and Murray Oberacker of Erie, PA; sisters and brothers-in-law, Lois Gamble, Larry, Frank and Terry Halliwill; as well as 7 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. 

She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Gerald Martin; her son, Brent Martin; father and mother-in-law, LeRoy and Marjorie Halliwill and brother-in-law, Richard Halliwill.

The family would like to thank Meghan, Kathy, Karen and Heather for their wonderful care.

Memorial contributions may be made to Heartland Hospice, 3450 W. Central Ave., Ste. 230, Toledo, OH 43606.

Services for Audrey will be private.  Arrangements entrusted to Weigel Funeral Home in Metamora, Ohio (419.644.3601).

Dear Harold & family,I'm so very sorry for the loss of Audrey. She was always smiling and friendly to me every time I saw her. The Lord gained another Angel . She will be watching over all of you and guiding you with your life journey.If you need anything ,let me know .Judy

Dear Harold and all of the Family. Tom and I are so very,very sorry to hear of your loss. Audrey was a sweet, loving, patient woman who was loved by many and will be missed. But know that she is at Peace and Rest in her Heavenly Home. She would want you all to remember loving memories and not grieve, but Celebrate that your life was made better because she was a part of it. So sorry to read that my classmate from Tech Memorial passed away. Audrey was a friendly girl with a warm smile. Her obituary photo reflects that same radiant smile. My prayers are with you as you grieve the loss of a lovely person. God bless you all! First Thessalonians 4:13-18.

Audrey was a good friend of mine in high school. An outstanding lady, always happy and uplifting. I remember visiting at her home and hanging out. Bless you and your family. It was good that she was surrounded by loved ones.
