Dear Karla, Jill, Denise and family, so very sorry to hear of your precious Mom's passing. Very grateful that your Mom and Dad had over 60 years of love togetherness. I still have a warm spot in my heart of the great slumber parties and other parties at your place during our youth. From night time semi-truck hayrides for a bunch of wild, puberty-age boys and girls, to the night when we TP'd Jan Saeger's yard (oops!). Some of us escaped by running for our lives into the corn field across the road, but I do believe Lowell Habel was MIA from our group for at least 2 hours after. Your Mom and Dad were great parents who just let kids be kids. Many blessings to all of you.

God bless your families, so sorry for your loss. I have many sweet memories of your household, growing up "next door"... swimming, birthday and Halloween parties, playing in the out buildings... and your mom was always there making the fun happen. I cannot picture her face without a smile. ❤

Prayers and blessings coming your way from Saint David's Episcopal Church in Southfield, Michigan... We can tell a lot about you by your progeny, and Karla is the best. May your blessed reunion with your husband and your savior be better than you could ever dream. Father Chris Yaw, rector
