Dear Michael,
I am not sure you remember me but I am the artist that your dad gave so many art supplies to. Your mom kept asking Mike for a painting of Jesus for the chapel. I had a spare panel at home and painted the Good Shepherd for her. Mike lovingly framed it and installed it in the chapel. What a special relationship they had and what a wonderful prayer space they brought forth together. I am sure they are reunited for an eternity of peace and joy.

My friendship with Kari will remain a treasure in my heart.
I will miss her humor, her wisdom, her love for Jesus.
I will never forget what the little white church was all about!
Blessings to the family......
Let us rejoice knowing she is in her forever home!

And I have hope toward God, which hope these men also look forward to, that there is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous. (Acts 24:15) There is going to be a resurrection, meaning those who have fallen asleep in death will be brought back to life. This is a promise from God, who cannot lie. (Titus 1:2) I am so sorry for you loss, may the hope found in the scriptures comfort your grieving hearts.
