Cheryl Myers

Cheryl A. Myers, age 71, of Jasper, Michigan, passed away peacefully in her home, Monday evening, May 10, 2021, surrounded by her loving family. Cheryl was born December 24, 1949 in Adrian, Michigan to Russell and Leona Mae (Haynes) Osenko.

Cheryl worked for IAC in Wauseon. She loved horses and hummingbirds, but most of all, cherished time spent with her grandchildren.

She will be greatly missed by her daughter, Shawna Stites (Harold Tate); son, Jason Myers (Susan Qaimari); grandchildren, Danielle (Zeek) Williams, Jessica Stites (Devin Borck), Sierra Myers, Madison Myers, Savannah Westfall, Samyera Qaimari and Amir Qaimari; great-grandchildren, Marley Myers and Maya and Lyla Borck; her brothers, David Nevins and Larry (Edith) Nevins; sister, Linda Taylor; father of her children, Roger Myers; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Cheryl was preceded in death by her parents, Russell and Leona and daughter, April Westfall.

Visitation will be held Friday, May 14th from 4 to 7 pm at the Weigel Funeral Home in Metamora. Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 15th at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home with Pastor Bruce Jewett officiating. Interment will be held at a later date at Ogden-Zion Cemetery.

A special thank you to Cheryl's caregivers, Linda Slusarski and Calleen Troyer - who was also involved with her in 4-H and was a dear family friend.
