David Michael Case, Sr., age 79, of Wauseon, Ohio, passed away peacefully Saturday morning, March 21, 2026. David was born on July, 5, 1946 in Toledo, Ohio to Ralph R. and Chloe L. (White) Case. He proudly served his country in the United States Army after attending Bowsher High School. After serving his country, David attended Spoon River College in Illinois receiving his LPN degree.
David worked for the State of Ohio, Northwest Ohio Developmental Center in the Therapeutic Program, retiring in 2000. He enjoyed volunteering at the Fulton County Senior Center and often helped others taking them to their Doctor visits.
David is survived by his lifelong companion, Alicia Glover; sons, David (Gloria) Case Jr. and Stephen (Tonya) Case; step children, Cheryl (Michael) Mack, Bob (Joanna) Glover and Justin (Casey) Glover; sisters, Sr. Deana Case and Susan Baughman; grandchildren, David Case III, Jack Case, Austin (Kimberly) Case, Josh Case, Christopher Case, Maddison Mack, Keegan (Alexa) Mack, Ethan Glover, Aaliyah Glover, Carson Glover and Peyton Glover; great grandchildren, Maycee Conroy, Magdalena Conroy, Macks Conroy, Keegan (Alexa) Mack, Myriah Mack, McKenna Mack, Jackson Mack, Mason Mack, Maverick, Sonny and Dayton; niece, Tammy Roberts; great nephew, Ryan Roberts. He was also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Rick Case and sister, Cindy Kirk.
Memorial services will be held Friday, March 27, 2026 at 11:00 am at True North Church, 850 W. Elm St, Wauseon, Ohio with Pastor Rex Stump officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 am to 11:00 am prior to Memorial Services. Services will conclude with Military Honors by the Fulton County Honor Guard.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Fulton County Senior Center or the Fulton County Humane Society.
