Elizabeth Ann Leow, age 43, left this world and entered into heaven, Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at the Sunshine Children's Home in Maumee, Ohio. Surrounded by her loving family, friends, and caretakers, Elizabeth's light shone brightly even in her last moments, a testament to the strength and resilience that characterized her life.
Elizabeth was born December 14, 1982 in Toledo, Ohio to Gretchen (Stockman) and Thomas Leow. A graduate of Anthony Wayne High School, class of 2000, Elizabeth touched the hearts of many throughout her journey. Her warm smile brightened even the darkest days, and she had an incredible ability to find joy amidst challenges. She was known for her wonderful sense of humor and the way she would blow kisses to those she cherished, leaving a lasting memory of affection.
Elizabeth loved being surrounded by family and friends. She found joy in simple pleasures, whether it was taking car rides to visit family, enjoying walks in the park, going to ballgames, or watching live shows or movies, her passion for life was infectious, and her ability to lift others' spirits was unmatched.
Elizabeth's family, her greatest treasure, included her loving and devoted mother, Gretchen Ronau, and stepdad, Ted Ronau. She is also survived by her brother, Matthew Linthicum, and sister, Maggie Linthicum, along with her aunts, Charlene Chitwood, Linda Stockman and Lori Solly, her many cousins, and childhood friend, Arrica Okenka-Maxson will forever hold her memory in their hearts. A heartfelt thank you to Kimberly Gumenik for all the special care and concern given to Elizabeth and our family during this difficult time, and always being there with love and support throughout her life.
