Eloise Rae Sullivan, age 83, of Swanton, Ohio, passed away Thursday evening, July 23, 2026 at The Toledo Hospital.
Visitation will be held Friday, July 31st from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the Weigel Funeral Home in Swanton. A Funeral Mass for Eloise will be held Saturday, August 1st at 11:30 am at St. Richard Catholic Church in Swanton.
