Francisco "Frank" Martin Villagomez

Francisco Martin “Frank” Villagomez, age 42, of Swanton, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly of natural causes, Monday, January 24, 2022. He was born May 26, 1979 in Toledo, Ohio to Francisco Roach and Eleanor (Guardiola) Villagomez. Frank was a 1997 graduate of Swanton High School. He married his beloved wife, Heather Chaney on June 9, 2007, and together they raised two wonderful daughters, whom he loved and cherished so much.

Frank worked for Greyhawk Greenhouse Supply in Swanton. He loved fishing off his boat on the Maumee River and going up north to Manistee, Michigan salmon fishing.
He also looked forward to camping trips with family and friends.

Frank will be greatly missed by his loving wife of 14 years, Heather; daughters, Jocelyn and Natalie Villagomez; his parents, Francisco and Eleanor Villagomez; brother, Manuel (Angie) Villagomez; paternal grandfather, Francisco Villagomez; maternal grandfather, Raul Guardiola; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and special nieces whom he adored.

Frank was preceded in death by his grandparents, Lavonne Villagomez and Diamantina Guardiola.

Visitation will be held Friday, January 28th from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Weigel Funeral Home in Swanton. Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 29th at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home.
