Hillary L. McArthur

Hillary L. McArthur, age 52, of Harrison Twp., Michigan, passed away unexpectedly , Monday, June 4, 2018 in her home.  She was born on April 18, 1966 to Wallace and Barbara (Little) McArthur in Ashtabula, Ohio.  Hillary was an over the road truck driver for many years.  She loved to travel across the country in her truck with her co-driver David Bruce.  Hillary was an avid reader, enjoyed golfing, but most of all enjoyed spending time with her family and caring for her 3 spoiled cats..

She is survived by her sisters, Hannah (Mike) Spotts, Heather (Bob) Herr, and Holly (Tim) Keller; nieces and nephew, Benjamin (Megan) Wallace, Kimberly (Luke) Malott, Dana (fiancé Brent Lumbrezer) Herr, Danielle Herr, and Deanna Herr, Courtney Keller, and Stephanie Keller.

Hillary was preceded in death by her parents and brother-in-law, Mark Doren.

Family and friends may visit Thursday, June 7, 2018 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Weigel Funeral Home in Swanton.  A Memorial service will be held Friday, June 8th at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Harold Ratliff officiating.  Interment will be private.

Memorial contributions may be made to American Diabetes Association or the Humane Society.
