Lawrence Dean Hamman

Lawrence Dean Hamman, age 73, of Metamora, Ohio, passed away peacefully, Friday June 6, 2025, at The Toledo Hospital, with family at his side. Larry was born March 14, 1952 to Dean and Kathryn (Smith) in Adrian, Michigan. He graduated from Evergreen High School in 1970.

Larry loved fishing, hunting, and driving his dune buggy up north at Silver Lakes Sand Dunes. He spent a lot of time doing wood working in his shop. However, his most loved and favorite times were spent with his grandchildren.

Larry is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Carolyn; son, Ty (Amy) Hamman; siblings, Ann (Morrie) DeMouline and Robert (Tarita) Hamman; four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Larry was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Sandy and his son, Joshua.

Private graveside services will be held at Amboy Township Cemetery.
