Mary K. Martin

Mary K. (Murphy) Martin, age 100, of Holland, OH, formerly of Pettisville, OH died on December 9, 2021. Mary Murphy was born in Granlahan, Ballinlough, County Roscommon, Ireland on January 12, 1921. She lived in Blackpool, England, survived the Blitz and emigrated to the United States. She retired from General Motors Corp.

Preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Martin, her parents, Patrick and Ellen Murphy, her siblings, William, Willie, James, John, Winifred Bishop and Eileen Lyons,
Surviving are her sister, Jane McAtamney of Lurgan, N. Ireland, nieces and nephews.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 AM on Saturday December 18, 2021 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church Assumption, OH. Friends will be received at the church at 9:30 AM. Arrangements by Weigel Funeral Home. (419) 826-2631.
