Michael Patrick Prystash

Michael Patrick Prystash, age 79, of Grove City, Ohio; formerly of Lyons, Ohio, passed away Tuesday morning, October 17, 2023 at Meadow Grove Transitional Care and Rehabilitation. He was born August 28, 1944, in Youngstown, Ohio to Michael and Mildred (Malter) Prystash. Michael was a United States Army Veteran.

Michael owned and operated the former MG & Son Automotive in Lyons, Ohio. He was a member of the Wauseon Lodge #349 F&AM. He enjoyed auto restoration and spending time with family and friends.

Michael is survived by his sons, Frank (Dawn) Prystash, Buzz (Daniela) Korth; daughters, Laura East, Karla (Caleb) Korth; wife, Joanie Korth; brother, Steven (Jodi) Prystash; sister, Debra (Mark) Kogovsek; grandchildren, Brandy (Mitch) Mika, Brittany (Sheldon) Baker Jackson Prystash, Blake Korth, Brock Korth, Kyle Korth and Cara Korth ; great-grandchildren, Taytum, Tanner and Maxwell.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Georgia Prystash; sons, Mark Murar and Michael Prystash; brother, George Prystash; grandson, Mark Murar, Jr.
