Priscilla A. Dillon

April 9, 1933 — January 30, 2017

Our loss is Heaven’s gain. Priscilla A. (Rupp) Dillon was born on April 9, 1933 in Swanton, Ohio to Leon R. and Ruth (Martin) Rupp. On Monday, January 30, 2017, she joined them in Heaven where she is once again able to walk and run freely and easily as she strolls the streets of gold, no longer confined by MS to a wheelchair as she has been for so many years.

Priscilla grew up in Swanton, graduating from Wauseon High School in 1951. She worked for the Pilliod Cabinet Company, Swanton Cable & Wire, Swanton Super Valu and for the family business, Dillon Trucking.

She married Norman LeRoy Dillon and they were blessed with two daughters. She was a long-time faithful member of Swanton Missionary Church, where she met the Lord and was baptized at a young age. She was currently a member of the Swanton Alliance Church.

Priscilla loved her family and she will be greatly missed by daughters, Pam (Jim) Guidorzi of Pontiac, MO, Linda (Ron) Bostelman of Neapolis, Ohio; grandchildren, Todd (Melena) Reimer, Shawn (Cheyenne) Reimer, Kathy Bostelman, Kim (Matt) Bryan and Stacy (Dan) Smith; 12 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; brother, Robert (Marlene) Rupp; sisters, Betty Rathbun and Diane (Gerald) Ruttkofsky; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to gather to remember Priscilla at the Weigel Funeral Home, 204 Chestnut St. in Swanton (419.826.2631) on Wednesday, February 1st from 5 to 8 p.m. Visitation will continue Thursday, February 2nd from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. in the funeral Home, where funeral services will begin at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Curt Bowman officiating.
