Richard Wayne Frantz

Richard Wayne Frantz, age 69, of Jasper, Michigan, passed away while vacationing in the Upper Peninsula Thursday, September 14, 2023. He was born February 26, 1954 in Morenci, Michigan to Clairton and Sarah (Stemen) Frantz.

Richard worked for the Village of Blissfield as a water plant supervisor. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing and hunting. Richard was a member of the Morenci Sportsman Club.

He is survived by his brother, Lowell (Ida) Frantz; sister, Marilyn (Martin) Frantz and special friend, Morgan McClain

Besides his parents, Richard was preceded in death by his brother, Robert Frantz.

Visitation will be held Thursday, September 21st from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Weigel Funeral Home in Metamora, where services will begin at 1 p.m.
