Robert Lakeland Christian, affectionately known as Chris, age 75, of Swanton, Ohio; formerly of Monclova, died peacefully in his sleep at home, Friday morning, February 8, 2013. He was born January 20, 1938 in Wellston, Ohio to the late Paul and Lula (Fout) Christian.
Chris served in the U.S. Navy and on May 4, 1970 married Kathy Haupricht who survives. Together, for over 40 years, they owned and operated the Oak Openings Carryout.
In keeping with Chris’s wishes, services will be private.
