Dear Pam and the Hight family: Our deepest sympathies on Roger's passing. It was my pleasure; as a member of the Headquarters staff to know and work with Roger from the time he was appointed as Department Adjutant by Jim Myers to and thru his retirement.
Roger always had the best interest of the state of Ohio and the members he served in his dealings as Department Adjutant and continued the legacy of great service established by those Department Adjutants who went before him.
To paraphrase a statement heard recently;....."do not be sad that Roger's life is over. Be glad that Roger's life happened"....
Again, our sympathies.
