Rose M. Myers

Rose M. Myers, age 65, of Swanton, Ohio, passed away Friday evening, May 13, 2022. She was born on March 24, 1957 in Toledo, Ohio to Harold E. and Rose Marie (Tunison) Myers. 

Rose graduated from Notre Dame Academy in 1975. She was a big Cleveland Indians fan as well as, Cincinnati Bengals and The University of Michigan. She previously worked for the United Way of Toledo, Family Health Plan and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas. Rose retired from Great Lakes Health Plan.

Rose always enjoyed being around her family, especially during the holidays. She also loved to spend time with her nieces and nephews. Rose will be greatly missed by her sister, Teresa (Albert) McGaharan; brothers, John (Shawn) and James Myers; nephews, Ian (Nicole) Harris, Eric Myers, Morgan Mcgaharan, Matthew Myers and Kobe Myers; nieces, Alexx (Nick) Wuertz and Jenna Myers; 4 great nieces and 2 great nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Mary Leslie; sister-in-law, Beth Myers and niece, Katie Harris.

Visitation will be held Saturday, May 21st from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Weigel Funeral Home in Swanton where funeral services will begin at 5 p.m. with Father Chris Hudgin officiating.
