Rosey E. (Harris) Frusher

Rosey E. Frusher, age 64, of Swanton, Ohio, died Monday, July 8, 2024 at The University of Toledo Medical Center. Her final good deed was to be an organ donor. Rosey was born July 12, 1959 in Toledo, Ohio to Ross and Laretta (Shepherd) Harris.  She attended Swanton High School and graduated from Penta County. 

Rosey is survived by her sister, Connie Ray; son, Dalton Clair; 4 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents, sister, Cissy Harris and brother, Leonard Harris.

Services for Rosey will be private.
