Shirley Ann Beavers

Shirley Ann Beavers peacefully entered eternal life with her children by her side, Sunday morning, February 28, 2021,at Defiance inpatient Hospice Center after a brief illness. She was born on December 5, 1938 to Marvin and Irene (Ulch) Creager. In 1977 she married Bernard Beavers. They were married for 35 years before his death in 2012.

Shirley is survived by her children, Debra Ruotolo of Taylorsville, NC, Pamela (Roger) Ouellette of Camden, SC, Richard (Malinda) Dietrich of Hilton Head, SC and David (Deb) Dietrich of Wauseon, Ohio; sisters, Jean (Walt) Dieringer and Bev (Rich) Messer of Lake Wales, FL and Vicky Lesko of Toledo; 17 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.

Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents and granddaughter.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for contributions to CHP Home Care and Hospice.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, March 2nd from 3 to 4:30 p.m. at the Grisier~Weigel Funeral Home in Delta, Ohio, where services celebrating Shirley's life will begin at 4:30 p.m.

Interment will be held at a later date at Richfield Cemetery in Henry County.
