Vesta Ruth Walker

Vesta Ruth Walker left this earth peacefully on Sunday, July 16, 2017 at the age of 97. She was born on March 6, 1920 in Toledo, Ohio and lived a long, loving and wonderful life. She married Nick Walker and together they raised 5 beautiful children. Vesta was a homemaker until she started working at Supreme Bumpers for many years until her retirement.

Vesta is survived by her sons, Ken (Patty) and Keith and her daughter, Judi; 12 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren and 1 expected very soon. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Vesta was so proud and loved her family.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Nick; parents, Marie and Thomas C. Shulters; brother, Van; her sisters, Ardell, Myrl and Kate; and her children, Doug (Pam) and Karen (Ron) Winkelman.

A special thank you to Ken's wife, Patty, for all she has done for mom.

Vesta will be cremated and there will be no services.
