William "Bill" Miller

William “Bill” Miller, age 82, lifelong resident of Richfield Center, Ohio, passed away peacefully with his family at his bedside, late Saturday evening, January 27, 2018, at Ebeid Hospice in Sylvania.  He was born November 14, 1935 to Elizabeth (Eisel) and William J. Miller.  He married his beloved wife, Joyce Lumbrezer on October 20, 1956. 

Bill was a retired farmer at Bettinger farms, an avid card player, and member of Holy Trinity Catholic Parish.

Bill will be greatly missed by his loving wife of 61 years, Joyce; sons, John (Shelley) and Larry (Julie); daughters, Joanne (Kip), Jane (Art), Linda (Ron) and Brenda (Mike); 14 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren; as well as his sister, Elizabeth (Cliff) Myers.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents, and siblings, Donald, Merlin, Vince, Jim, Loretta, and Rita.

Family and friends may visit Tuesday, January 30th from 2 to 8 p.m. at the Weigel Funeral Home in Metamora, where the Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Visitation will continue Wednesday, January 31st from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Assumption, where a Mass of Resurrection will begin at 10:30 a.m., with Fr. Michael Dandurand presiding.  Interment will follow at St. Elizabeth Cemetery.
