Scott F. Starcher, age 63, of Rossford, Ohio; formerly of Metamora, Ohio, died in his sleep as the result of a sudden heart attack, Saturday, March 13, 2021. He was born February 26, 1958 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to Foster “Toby” and Margaret "Peg" Winnechuke Starcher. Scott was a 1977 graduate of Danbury Lakeside, and married Nancy Woodward on June 15, 1985.
Scott worked for International Automotive Components in Wauseon. He was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers and Ohio State Buckeyes fan, and member of NA, AA and was a Mason. Scott was very proud of his kids and all their accomplishments, and loved them dearly. He also loved his grand doggies.
Scott is survived by his beloved wife of 35 years, Nancy; his sons, Jonathon Starcher and Ryan (Fatima) Starcher; daugher, Janie Starcher (Benjamin Parker); brothers, David (Heather) Starcher and John Starcher (Holly Gast); sisters, Jane Miholland and Wendy (Michael) Ayler; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Scott was preceded in death by his parents, Toby and Peg; father and mother-in-law, Howard and Donna Woodward and nephew, James Georgia.
Visitation will be held Monday, March 22nd from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. at the Weigel Funeral Home in Metamora, where services will begin at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Tyler Kleeberger officiating. Interment will follow at Amboy Township Cemetery.
